Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") carefully before using the LoveLines mobile application (the "App" or "Service") operated by LoveLines ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2.1 Binding Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using LoveLines, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.2 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App independently
• Users under 13 may use the App only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App

2.3 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify you through the App or via email
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

LoveLines is a mobile application that transforms your photos into printable coloring pages using AI technology.

3.1 Features

Free Features:

• Convert photos to coloring pages
• Choose from 5 different art styles
• Save images to your device
• Share generated coloring pages

LoveLines Pro Features:

• Print-ready high-resolution results (300 DPI)
• Advanced kid-friendly styles with bold lines and closed shapes
• One-tap PDF book creation for A4/A5 formats
• Priority processing
• Ad-free experience
• Access to new features first

3.2 Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

4. User Account and Registration

4.1 No Account Required

LoveLines does NOT require account creation for basic use. The App works directly on your device.

4.2 Subscription Account

If you subscribe to LoveLines Pro, your subscription is managed through your Apple App Store account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

LoveLines Pro is available through the following subscription options:

• Weekly Plan ($4.99/week): Unlimited coloring page generations
• Yearly Plan ($49.99/year): Unlimited coloring page generations, best value (save 80%)

Subscriptions provide unlimited access to all premium features with no generation limits.

5.2 Free Trial

• New users receive 2 free generations to try the app
• After using your free generations, you can subscribe for unlimited access
• No credit card required for the free trial

5.3 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store
• Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region
• We do NOT have access to your payment information
• You authorize Apple to charge your payment method for the subscription fee

5.4 Automatic Renewal

5.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period
• NO refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Canceling does NOT delete your app data or prevent you from using free features

5.6 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the effective date
• If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription

5.7 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees based on your location.

6. User Content and Rights

6.1 Your Content

"User Content" means photos, images, and any other materials you upload, submit, or process through the App.

6.2 Ownership

6.3 License to Use

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your photos to generate coloring pages
• Temporarily store data for processing purposes only
• Display generated results back to you

This license exists ONLY for the purpose of providing the Service and terminates when your content is deleted.

6.4 Content Processing

• Your photos are processed using AI technology
• Processing may occur on your device or temporarily on our servers
• Original photos and generated images are NOT permanently stored on our servers
• Temporary processing data is automatically deleted within 24 hours

6.5 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does NOT violate any third-party rights
• Your content does NOT contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material
• You have obtained necessary permissions from any individuals depicted in photos

6.6 Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or use content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence, hate speech, or harassment
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Infringes on anyone's privacy rights

6.7 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 App Ownership

All content, features, design, functionality, software, code, and materials in the App (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of LoveLines and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Trademarks

"LoveLines" and associated logos are trademarks of LoveLines. You may NOT use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
• Extract source code or underlying algorithms
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
• Use the App to develop competing products
• Frame or mirror any part of the App
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App

7.4 License to Use App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use LoveLines ONLY for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harvest or collect data from other users
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service

8.3 Enforcement

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access to the App.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Apple App Store

Your use of the App through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines.

10.2 Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are NOT responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

10.3 No Endorsement

References to third-party products or services do NOT constitute endorsement or recommendation.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer

• Generated coloring pages are created using AI and may not always produce perfect results
• We do NOT guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images
• Results may vary based on photo quality, subject matter, and selected style

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVELINES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party conduct or content
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoveLines, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions in your Apple App Store account settings.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• Your subscription will not be refunded (except as required by law)
• Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at yingshanpolo@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, EXCEPT:

• Small claims court disputes
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive relief requests

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis ONLY. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

14.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

For users accessing the App through Apple devices:

15.1 Acknowledgement

• These Terms are between you and LoveLines, NOT Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support

15.2 Scope of License

• The license is limited to a non-transferable right to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control
• You may not use the App on non-Apple devices

15.3 Maintenance and Support

• LoveLines is solely responsible for maintenance and support services
• Apple has no support obligations

15.4 Warranty

• LoveLines is solely responsible for any product warranties
• In case of failure to conform to warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple has no other warranty obligations

15.5 Product Claims

LoveLines is solely responsible for:

• Product liability claims
• Regulatory compliance
• Intellectual property infringement claims

15.6 Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and LoveLines regarding the App.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

16.4 Assignment

You may NOT assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

16.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and LoveLines as a result of these Terms.

16.6 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

16.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English version governs in case of conflict.

17. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your feedback! If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App:

• You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such feedback
• We are NOT obligated to implement your suggestions
• We may use your feedback to improve the App without compensation to you

18. Export Controls

You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
