How do I create a coloring page?
- Open the LoveLines app
- Tap the "Choose Photo" button on the Create screen
- Select a photo from your camera or photo library
- Choose your preferred artistic style (Simple, Detailed, Cartoon, Realistic, or Abstract)
- Tap "Create" and wait 5-15 seconds for processing
- Save or share your coloring page
How do I restore my purchases?
- Open the LoveLines app
- Go to the Settings screen (bottom right tab)
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Wait for the restoration process to complete
Note: You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Subscription and billing issues
All subscriptions and billing are managed by Apple through the App Store. LoveLines does not have access to your payment information.
To manage your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find "LoveLines" and tap it
- Manage or cancel your subscription
For refunds: Apple handles all refund requests. Visit Apple's refund request page or contact Apple Support directly.
How many free generations do I get?
New users receive 2 free coloring page generations to try the app. After that, you'll need to subscribe to LoveLines Pro for unlimited generations.
Subscription options:
- Weekly: $9.99/week
- Yearly: $49.99/year (save 90%)
Why is my photo not processing?
If your photo fails to process, try these steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure the photo is not corrupted
- Try a different photo
- Restart the app
- Update to the latest version of LoveLines

How do I save or share my coloring pages?
After creating a coloring page:
- Save: Tap the "Save" button to save the image to your photo library
- Share: Tap the "Share" button to share via Messages, Email, AirDrop, or other apps
- Print: Use the Share button and select "Print" to print your coloring page
All your creations are also saved in the Library tab for easy access.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes! We take your privacy seriously:
- Photos are processed temporarily and NOT permanently stored on our servers
- All images are saved locally on your device
- We do not share your photos with third parties
- No account creation required (Apple Sign In only for subscription management)

What styles are available?
LoveLines offers 5 artistic styles:
- Simple: Clean, minimalist line art perfect for young children
- Detailed: Intricate designs with more complexity
- Cartoon: Fun, playful cartoon-style outlines
- Realistic: Detailed, true-to-life line drawings
- Abstract: Creative, artistic interpretations
Can I use LoveLines offline?
No, LoveLines requires an internet connection to process photos using our AI technology. However, once created, you can view and share your saved coloring pages offline from the Library tab.
What devices are supported?
LoveLines is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 14.0 or later.
